於他財物,聚落、空地,皆不離盜。

瑜伽師地論卷第八
1)復次,不與取者者,此是總句。
2)於他所有者,謂他所攝財穀等事。
3)若在聚落者,謂即彼事於聚落中若積集、若移轉。
4)若閑靜處者,謂即彼事於閑靜處。
5)若生、若集,或復移轉。即此名為可盜物數者,謂所不與、不捨、不棄物。
6)若自執受者,謂執為己有。
7)不與而取者,謂彼或時資具闕少,執為己有。
8)不與而樂者,謂樂受行偷盜事業。
9)於所不與、不捨、不棄而生希望者,謂劫盜他欲為己有。
9.1)若彼物主非先所與,如酬債法,是名不與。
9.2)若彼物主於彼取者而不捨與,是名不捨。
9.3)若彼物主於諸眾生不隨所欲受用而棄,是名不棄。
10)自為而取者,謂不與而取故,及不與而樂故。
11)饕餮而取者,謂所不與、不捨、不棄而希望故。
12)不清而取者,謂於所競物為他所勝,不清雪故。
13)不淨而取者,謂雖勝他,而為過失垢所染故。
14)有罪而取者,謂能攝受現法、後法非愛果故。
15)於不與取若未遠離者,如前殺生相說應知。所餘業道亦爾。
此中略義者,謂由盜此故成不與取、若於是處如其差別、如實劫盜,由劫盜故得此過失,是名總義。又此中亦顯不與取者相,非不與取法相。當知餘亦爾。
apareṣām iti paraparigṛhītaṃ dhana-dhānya-ādi vastu / tad eva yad grāme  sthāpitaṃ sañcāritaṃ vāraṇya-gataṃ vā iti / yad araṇye jātaṃ vā saṃkṣiptaṃ vā sañcāritaṃ vā tad eva steya-saṃkhyātam iti /yad a-dattam atyaktam amuktam ādadānīti svī-karoti / adatta ādāyī kadācid upakaraṇa-vaikalyena svī-karaṇataḥ /adatta-rata iti tac ca urya-karma samādāya vartanataḥ / adatta atyakta amukta-pratikānkṣīti para āhṛta-svī-karaṇa abhilāṣataḥ / tatra yad dāyakena svāminā na pūrvaṃ dattaṃ dāna-yogena tad a-dattam aty ucyate / yat svāminā pratigrāhakaṃ praty aparityaktaṃ tad atyaktam ity ucyate / yat svāminā eva sarva-janatāṃ prati yathākāma upādānaparibhogāya anisṛṣṭaṃ tadamuktamity ucyate / stenañcātmānaṃ pariharati adatta ādāyitayā adatta-ratatayā ca / lolupaṃ pariharati adatta atyakta amukta-pratikānkṣaṇatayā aśuddhaṃ pariharati / adhikaraṇa-parājaya aśuddhatayā / aśuciṃ pariharati aparājitasya api tad-doṣa-malinatayā / sa avadyaṃ pariharati dṛṣṭa-dharma-sāmparāyika aniṣṭa-phala-hetu-parigrahatayā / adatta ādānāt prativirato bhavatīti prāṇa atipāta-vadasya api vibhāgo draṣṭavyaḥ / tad-anyeṣu ca karma-patheṣu samāsa arthaḥ //[punar yataḥ] adatta ādāyī bhavati yatra-sthaṃ yathā-bhūta upāyo apaharan tataś ca apahārād yaṃ doṣam avāpnoty ayaṃ piṇḍa arthaḥ // idam apy a-datta ādāyika-lakṣaṇaṃ na adatta ādāna-lakṣaṇaṃ veditavyaṃ / tathā pariśiṣṭeṣv api //


法蘊足論卷第一
於第二中,且何名為不與取者?如世尊說:有不與取者,或城邑中,或阿練若,不與物數,劫盜心取,不離劫盜,如是名為不與取者。
1)何等名為有不與取者?謂於不與取,不深厭患、不遠不離、安住成就,如是名為有不與取者。
2)何等名為或城邑中?謂有城牆周匝圍遶。
3)何等名為或阿練若?謂無城牆周匝圍遶。
4)何名不與?謂他攝受,不捨不棄、不惠不施。
5)何等名物?謂他攝受,有情、無情諸資生具,即此名為不與物數。
6)何等名為劫盜心取不離劫盜?謂即所說不與物數,懷賊心取、不厭遠離,如是名為不與物數劫盜心取不離劫盜。
7)是故名為不與取者,即於此中何名不與、何名不與取、何名離不與取,而說名為乃至命
終離不與取鄔波索迦第二學處?
7.1)言不與者,謂他攝受,有情、無情諸資生具,不捨不棄、不惠不施,是名不與。
7.2)不與取者,謂於他攝受諸資生具,起他攝受及不與想,復起惡心、不善心、劫心、盜心、執心、著心、取心現前,依如是業、如是加行、如是思惟、如是策勵、如是勇猛、如是門、如是路,於他攝受諸資生具,以執著取,劫盜故思,舉離本處。由如是業、如是加行、如是思惟、如是策勵、如是勇猛、如是門、如是路,於他攝受諸資生具,以執著取劫盜故思,舉離本處,名不與取。
8)即前所說鄔波索迦,於不與取能善思擇、厭患遠離、止息防護、不作不為、不行不犯、棄捨堰塞、不拒不逆、不違不越,如是名為離不與取,是故說名乃至命終離不與取,鄔波索迦第二學處。 

yāvajjīvam adattādānād vairamaṇīr upāsakasya (DhskD 20v10) śikṣāpadam iti / adattādānaṃ katamat /

evaṃ hy uktaṃ bhagavatā /

adattādāyī khalv ihaiko bhavati / sa grāmagatam araṇyagataṃ vā pareṣām adattaṃ steyasaṃkhyātam ādatte / idam ucyate adattādānaṃ /

DhskM 21r1. adattādānaṃ / yāvajjīvam adattādānād vairamaṇir upāsakasya śikṣāpadam iti tatra katarad adattaṃ katarad adattādānaṃ katamā adattādānād vairamaṇiḥ yā ucyate yāvajjīvam adattādānād vairamaṇir upāsakasya śikṣāpadam iti adattaṃ .. ///
DhskM 21r2. -te adattaṃ / adattādānaṃ katamat* āha paraparigṛhīte pariṣkāre paraparigṛhītasaṃjñino yat pāpacittaṃ cākuśalacittaṃ ca haraṇacittaṃ cāpaharaṇacittaṃ codgrahaṇacittaṃ ca grahaṇacittaṃ cādānacittam āsādīyanacittaṃ ca pratyupasthitaṃ bhavati tatra yat. ///
DhskM 21r3. -pahāram āgamya paraparigṛhīte pariṣkāre paraparigṛhītasaṃjñinaḥ yad grahaṇam udgrahaṇam ādīyanāsādīyanā haraṇāpaharaṇā saṃcintya sthānāt sthānasaṃkrāmaṇam iti yat tat karma yat prayogaṃ yā sā ūhā yad upakramaṃ yat parākramaṃ yat tad vā .. ///

DhskM 21r4. yat tat paraparigṛhīte pariṣkāre paraparigṛhītasaṃjñino grahaṇam udgrahaṇam ādīyanāsādīyanā saṃcintya sthānāt sthānasaṃkramaṇam idam ucyate adattādānaṃ / adattādāyī bhavatīty asmād adattādānād anārato bhavaty avirato 'prativirataḥ tatrastha- ///
DhskM 21r5. -taṃ vety antaragataḥ prākārasya / araṇyagataṃ veti bahiḥ prakārasya / adattam iti paraparigṛhītaṃ stenam ādatte ti paraparigṛhītam adattam ādatte atyantam amuktam aniḥsṛṣṭam apratiniḥsṛṣṭam api khalu steyam ucyate paracitto 'pahārakaḥ tena .. ///
DhskM 21r6. -sṛṣṭam apratiniḥsṛṣṭam api khalu yat paraparigṛhītaṃ pariṣkāram adattam api tat* stainyam api tat* saṃkhyātam api tat* tad ucyate adattastainyaṃ saṃkhyātam ādatte // adattādānāt prativirato bhavatīty asmād adattādānād upāsakasya + + + y. ///

DhskM 21r7. -saṃkhyātaḥ saṃvṛtaḥ tatra yā akriyā akaraṇam anadhyācāro 'nadhyāpattir anadhyāpadanam* velā setur vairamaṇī sthitir anatikramo 'vyatikramo 'vyatikramaṇatā tad ucyate yāvajjīvam adattādānād vairamaṇir upāsakasya ///
