1147:如是我聞,一時世尊在喜樂山頂天宮不遠仙人住處,與大比丘眾五百人俱。復有菩薩摩訶薩眾,此諸菩薩皆是一生得成無上正等菩提。其名曰:慈氏菩薩摩訶薩、普賢菩薩摩訶薩、無邊華菩薩摩訶薩、普遍華菩薩摩訶薩、虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩。如是等菩薩摩訶薩五百人俱。

1333:如是我聞,一時佛住雞羅莎山,在山頂上諸天住處,去諸賢聖不遠。與大眾俱前後圍繞。大比丘足滿五百。又有五百諸大菩薩俱,其名曰彌勒菩薩、虛空藏菩薩、普賢菩薩、無盡華菩薩。文殊師利菩薩,與五百菩薩摩訶薩等皆一生補處。

1334:如是我聞,一時婆伽婆在雞羅娑山頂,諸天所居仙人住處,與大比丘眾五百人俱。復有五百諸大菩薩摩訶薩眾俱,其名曰:彌勒菩薩、虛空藏菩薩、普賢菩薩、無邊華菩薩、普華菩薩等,此諸菩薩皆悉住於一生補處,紹尊位者。

1. 1 Homage to all buddhas and bodhisattvas.

1. 2 Thus did I hear at one time. The Blessed One was dwelling on the summit of Kailāsa in the abode of the gods close to where the sages live. He was accompanied by a great monastic saṅgha of around five hundred monks and five hundred bodhisattvas, including the bodhisattva great being Maitreya, the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, Samantabhadra, Infinite Flowers, Samanta-kusuma, and others, all of whom were bodhisattvas who were just one birth away from awakening.

1147:爾時,世尊及諸菩薩。見彼山下河邊林中,有二比丘裸形舒手,叫喚啼泣。

1333:爾時,世尊觀於四方,去其住處不遠。觀見林中有一比丘,為惡鬼所持,口出種種惡言。其林中又有一比丘,露其身形,而舉兩手,口出種種異音,或復呼天,乍復喚地。

1334:爾時,世尊於彼林中,與諸大眾前後圍繞。時一比丘為鬼所持,形體裸露,不自覺知,舉手叫喚,言語麁獷。更一比丘著邪背佛,在虛空中嗚呼出聲,不得自在。

1. 3 The Blessed One saw that a monk in that alpine forest had been possessed by a spirit, had collapsed, and was lying there naked and wailing with his arms raised up.

1147:是時虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩,即從座起,偏袒右肩,右膝著地,合掌恭敬,白佛言:世尊!殑伽河邊彼二比丘,何因何緣裸形舒手,叫喚啼泣?

1333:爾時,虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩聞其聲已,承佛神力。整理衣服,右膝著地,合掌向佛,白佛言:世尊!此二比丘,何意唱如是聲?或舉於兩手,復出惡言音?

1334:時虛空藏菩薩見聞是已,即從坐起,偏袒右肩,右膝著地,合掌向佛,白言:世尊!是虛空中作是聲者,誰之所為?復何因緣,此一比丘形體裸露,舉手唱叫?

1. 4 The bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha draped his upper robe over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, bowed to the Blessed One with his hands joined, and addressed him. “Blessed One, what is this great lamenting that fills the sky, and who is this naked monk raising his arms in distress?” 20

1147:爾時,世尊告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:彼二比丘疾病所纏,部多所執,是故裸形、叫喚、啼泣。

1333:於是世尊告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言。此一比丘為惡病所持出是音聲。又一比丘為惡鬼所持露形而走。

1334:爾時世尊告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言。善男子是一比丘惡鬼所捉。復一比丘著於邪魅。

1. 5 The Blessed One told the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, “Ākāśagarbha, this monk is ill. He has contracted an illness.”

1147:是時,虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩白佛言:世尊!如是疾病云何消除?如是部多云何除遣?

1333:爾時,虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩白佛言:世尊!為治眾生一切病故,為除一切惡鬼障難不起故,唯願世尊為一切眾生說陀羅尼呪。

1334:時,虛空藏菩薩白佛言:世尊!如來今日憐愍一切諸眾生故,除滅一切諸病苦故,應說神呪。

1. 6 The bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha then asked the Blessed One, “Will the Blessed One please teach a vidyāmantra that can pacify all manner of diseases and exorcise all manner of spirits?” [F.65.b]

1147:爾時,世尊以神通力召集諸佛,時虛空中,現六如來,為欲證明第七世尊釋迦牟尼如來法故。

1333:爾時,世尊現威神力,於虛空中,即現六佛。時,釋迦牟尼佛即騰虛空,依次而坐。是時大眾悉皆觀見七佛世尊。

1334:爾時,世尊以神通力令虛空中有六如來。忽然而現,各各說呪。一名毘婆尸佛、二名尸棄佛、三名毘舍浮佛、四名拘婁孫佛、五名拘那舍牟尼佛、六名迦葉佛。

1. 7 The Blessed One emanated the seven buddhas: six tathāgatas appeared in the sky, with the seventh being the Blessed One himself, the Tathāgata Śākyamuni.

1333:爾時,毘婆尸佛為一切眾生故,為除一切惡鬼障難故,說大威德陀羅尼呪,而說呪曰:南無佛陀耶 南無達摩耶 南無僧伽耶 南無毘婆尸 多他伽多耶 呵羅呵提三藐三佛陀耶 唵 呵羅呵羅 醯利醯羅耶 南無雞利吉羅耶 閱伽無遮那耶 南無南摩娑波呵

1. 8 The tathāgata Vipaśyin hovered in the sky above them and spoke these root verses of the secret mantra in order to benefit all beings, pacify all manner of illnesses, and exorcise all manner of spirits:namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | tadyathā | oṃ hala hala | 21 hili hilāya | 22 namo jaga | namaśca nāya | namo namaḥ svāhā | 23

1147:是時,尾鉢尸如來說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有受持、讀誦、供養此陀羅尼者,1)當知是人無疾病苦,2)器杖不傷,3)水不能漂,4)毒不能害,5)亦無中夭,6)飲食無患,7)獲得聞持,8)壽命長遠,9)一切時中諸佛護念。10)若復耳聾呪油七遍,滴油耳中,自然消散。

1333:爾時,毘婆尸佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有善男子、善女人受持此呪者,若讀、若誦、若復有人推覓此呪者、若樂聽聞者,1)是人不為一切刀仗所害,2)不為一切水溺,3)不為一切苦患所持,4)不受一切橫死。5)若復有人與持此呪人毒藥者,其藥變成美食,不著於人。6)若復有人若飲、若食,先呪作七遍,然後而食。食已,是諸蠱道、惡口眾邪皆悉自滅,不能為害。7)若受持是呪者,令人壽命延長。8)所有習誦一聞領悟,終不忘失。9)晝夜恒見佛像。10)若復有人為惡鬼所打,不得差者,而於此人耳邊,呪之七遍,即時除愈。11)若有人患團風、白癬及以癲病,取蘇曼、青水香、蓮華、茴香、細辛,各以等分,取胡麻油煎之。摩其患處,即得除愈。12)一切所有病者,用此呪呪之,無不獲差。

1334:爾時,毘婆尸佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子、若清信士及清信女,有能受持、讀誦於是陀羅尼者,1)一切刀杖不能加損,2)一切水火所不能害,3)非人、惡鬼不能侵惱。4)終不橫死。5)若中毒藥,變成美食,易消無病。6)若欲食時,先取一匙,七遍呪之。然後乃食,能除一切呪詛厭魅。7)一切諸病皆得除愈。8)壽命延長。9)耳所聞事,憶持不忘。10)於睡眠中,夢見諸佛。11)若復有人被厭魅者,於其耳邊,誦呪七遍。是人聞已,即便除愈。12)若復有人著於癲病及白癲者。應以蘇摩那華熏胡麻為油。取青木香、青蓮華、懷香草、東門東,皆悉等分,令使作末,和油煎之。呪一百八遍,塗其身上,即便除愈。13)一切諸病皆能破之。

1. 9 The tathāgata Vipaśyin addressed the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, saying, “Ākāśagarbha, whoever bears this vidyāmantra in mind, recites it, or masters it will not be slain by a weapon, nor will they die from drowning, fire, 24 or a painful illness. They will not suffer an unnatural death. Even poison they have eaten will become like food.

1. 10 “If you recite the vidyāmantra seven times over your food and drink before consuming it, no one else can harm you, you will not contract any illnesses, and you will live for a long time, understand what you have studied, and have a vision of the seven tathāgatas.

1. 11 “Recite this vidyāmantra in the ear of someone who has been wounded with a weapon and anoint them with jasmine oil incanted with the vidyāmantra. 25 If you anoint those who are afflicted with diseases such as leprosy or tumors with incanted oil that contains a mixture of jasmine, blue lotus, dill, and wild asparagus, they will recover from all their illnesses. This mantra can be used for all rites.”

1333: 爾時,尸棄佛在於空中,欲為一切眾生除一切病故,欲除一切惡鬼障難故。而說呪曰:南無佛陀耶 南無達摩耶 南無僧伽耶 南無尸棄禰多陀伽多耶 阿羅訶提三藐三佛陀 唵 波遮波遮 波遮波耶 薩婆浮多南嗔陀吉羅耶 波邏毘陀南 娑波呵

1334:爾時,尸棄佛住在虛空,為護一切眾生,除一切病,斷一切鬼邪故。說是神呪:南無佛陀耶()南無達摩耶()南無僧伽耶()南無尸棄泥多他伽多耶()()鉢柘鉢柘()波柘耶()薩婆菩多男()闡大邏耶()鉢邏毘甜()薩婆呵

1. 12 Then the tathāgata Śikhin hovered in the sky above them and spoke these root verses of the secret mantra in order to benefit all beings, pacify all manner of illnesses, and exorcise all manner of spirits: [F.66.a] namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | oṃ paca paca pācaya pācaya sarva bhūtānām | chindaya 26 kīlaya paravidyānāṃ 27 svāhā | 28

1147:是時,尸企如來說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:我此心印大陀羅尼,百千俱胝無數諸佛同共宣說。若有眾生,晝夜六時,憶持我此心陀羅尼。1)病疾消除,2)鬼魅遠離,3)惡夢除遣,4)永離中夭,5)患難不侵,6)毒不能害,7)夢見如來,8)入佛境界。9)若復風癀童子鬼病,結青線索,呪蘇摩那身上帶持,耳邊誦呪,一切時中,願皆除滅。

1333:爾時,尸棄佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:我此神呪百千那由他無數億諸佛所說,我今說之,為一切眾生故,1)除一切病故,2)除一切諸惡鬼障難故,3)除一切惡夢故,4)除一切橫病死故。5)又告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有善男子、善女人,若晝誦此呪三遍,夜誦三遍。或復心念,一切蠱毒、厭禱、呪詛、惡口、赤舌、眾耶魍魎皆不得近。6)昏夜警中,恒見諸佛。7)所有食噉之物,即自消化,而充氣力。8)其人若命終已,昏夜所見佛者皆來迎其精神,恒相隨逐。9)若復有人依此呪法,作功能者,於一切病須結呪索。10)若有人困病時,取蘇曼木,取油煎之,摩其身體,皆得除愈。11)若有眾生晝夜恐怖,取淨水呪之,灑著四方。作呪索,繫其身上,一切魍魎不得其便。12)若有小兒被惡鬼所打,用碧綖作呪索,繫著頸下,即得除愈。13)若復有人被惡鬼所打,於耳邊呪作七遍,亦得除愈。14)隨心所欲造者,無不得成。

1334:爾時,尸棄如來說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子!是陀羅尼無量百千億那由他諸佛所說,我今亦說。為欲憐愍一切眾生,1)除一切病,2)却一切鬼,3)及諸惡夢、4)枉橫死等。5)虛空藏!若善男子及善女人,有能晝夜憶念、誦持是神呪者,終不為於惡病所惱。6)及諸惡人之所[*]魅。7)於睡眠中,夢見諸佛。8)若捨身時,得值彼佛,於其佛所剋獲道證。9)虛空藏!是陀羅尼威力無量,我今為汝更略說之。若有善男子、善女人,欲斷一切病,當取五色縷結其呪索。10)若有疫病,取蘇摩那華油,呪一百八遍,塗其身上,即得除愈。11)若護自身,令安隱者,呪水一百八遍,散於四方,結其界場。取五色縷結呪索帶行。12)小兒著邪者,取青色縷結為呪索。13)若值惡邪之所嬈亂、悶、無省者,於其耳邊誦是陀羅尼,乃至七遍,即得除愈。如是等一切事中隨意所用。

1. 13 “Ākāśagarbha, I and millions of Buddhas have taught this secret mantra in order to benefit all beings, to completely pacify all manner of illnesses, to ward off spirits that harm one’s meditation and cause nightmares, and to prevent untimely death. Now you must uphold it.

1. 14 “Ākāśagarbha, if someone focuses on my heart mantra three times a day, they will not be harmed by others, they will meet the Tathāgata in their dreams, and they will not suffer a horrible death. When they die, they will meet with the tathāgatas and serve them.

1. 15 “You can also use the rite to bind the patient with a protection cord against all manner of illnesses. In cases where an illness is the result of a humoral imbalance, you can incant jasmine oil with the mantra and give it to the patient. You can perform the rite of sealing off the directions with water incanted with the mantra, and you can use an incanted cord to protect yourself. You can tie a blue protection cord incanted with the mantra on a child to guard against seizers that possess children. You can whisper the mantra seven times in the ear of someone who has been struck down with a weapon, and you can use it to control others with your mind.”

1333:爾時,毘舍浮佛在虛空中,欲為一切眾生除一切病故,除一切諸惡鬼故,障難不起故。而說呪曰:南無佛陀耶 南無達摩耶 南無僧伽耶 南無毘舍浮多他竭多耶 阿羅訶提三藐三佛陀耶 唵 伽邏伽邏伽邏伽邏 拘樓拘樓拘樓拘樓 拘盧蹉陀喃 拘樓薩婆伽呵喃 娑波呵

1334:爾時,毘舍浮佛住在虛空,為護一切除諸眾生一切病苦,斷一切惡鬼故。說是陀羅尼:南無佛陀耶()南無達摩耶()南無僧伽耶()南無毘舍浮誓多他伽多耶()()迦羅迦羅迦羅()居路居路()居盧蹉大男()居嚧薩婆伽羅拏()蘇婆呵()

1. 16 Then the tathāgata Viśvabhū hovered in the sky above them and spoke these root verses of the secret mantra in order to benefit all beings, pacify all manner of illnesses, and exorcise all manner of spirits: namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | oṃ kala kala | kili kili | kulu kulu | kulotsādanaṃ 29 kuru | sarva grahāṇāṃ svāhā | 30

1147:是時,毘舍浮如來說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:汝今諦聽,此陀羅尼賢劫如來、三世諸佛,同共宣說,若有受持、讀誦、供養此陀羅尼者,1)當知彼人器杖不傷,2)毒不能害,3)無諸疾病,4)水不能漂,5)亦無中夭,6)宿業消除。

1333:爾時,毘舍浮佛說此呪已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:如此神呪,賢劫千佛中,過去佛已說此呪。現在佛今說。未來佛當說。又告虛空藏菩薩言:汝當受持此呪。若未來世,復有眾生受持呪者,若讀、若誦、若復有人推覓此呪,1)不為刀杖怖畏、2)一切蠱毒、3)一切熱病、4)一切水溺,5)不受橫死,6)不被惡病。如是等悉得除却,唯宿殃不除耳。

1334:爾時,毘舍浮佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子!是陀羅尼,賢劫之中所有諸佛,及三世諸佛皆悉說之。我今亦說。虛空藏!汝應護持。若有善男子、善女人,受持、讀誦是陀羅尼。1)一切刀杖所不能害。2)一切惡毒亦不能傷。3)諸瘧熱病皆得遠離。4)水不能漂。5)火不能燒。6)終不橫死。7)一切惡病亦不能侵。唯除宿業定報。

1. 17 “Ākāśagarbha, these root verses of the secret mantra are taught by all the past, future, and present tathāgatas of the fortunate eon, and now I have spoken them as well. Ākāśagarbha, you must [F.66.b] uphold these root verses of the secret mantra.

1. 18 “If someone bears in mind, recites, or masters them, they will not be harmed by a weapon, affected by poison, or affected by poisonous brews, nor will they become infected with plague. They will not drown, die of unnatural causes, or die from a weak constitution, unless these are karmic obscurations that result from a previous lifetime.

11477)若有比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,先當洗浴。住世尊前,誦持此明,滿八百遍,一切疾病、一切嬈惱不能侵害,獲得長命,盡諸煩惱,當得庫藏、財穀甚多。

13337)若有比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,晨起澡浴,并洗頭面。在於佛前,誦此呪一百八遍,一切諸惡不加其身,一切疾病自然除愈,壽命延長,一切財寶自然富足。一切身中障難、不善之事,皆各銷除。一切怨家自然和解。一切厭禱皆不著身。澡浴誦呪因緣得如此福。

13348)若有比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,於晨朝時,應淨澡浴,著淨潔衣。在佛像前,燒好妙香,誦持是呪,足一百八遍。一切厭魅、呪詛等事悉不能害。一切病苦皆能遠離。捨除諸障,壽命延長。所有錢財、什物隨心所樂,莫不稱遂。

Any monk, nun, or layperson who rises in the morning, washes their head, and recites this secret mantra one hundred and eight times before an image of the Tathāgata will be able to purify all their karmic obscurations.

11478)若惡眾生一切怖畏,思惟、念誦此陀羅尼,怖畏消除,獲得愛樂。9)若有一切鬪諍、論義,白線作結,誦陀羅尼,一切和合。10)若患眼痛,乳樹作線,誦陀羅尼,繫於頸上,即得除愈。11)若復見有軍陣相向,取蜜酪酥阿波摩誐。一誦一擲火中護摩,滿八千遍,一切軍眾互相收陣,壽命長遠。12)王及大臣為求安隱,酪蜜稻花火中護摩,滿八千遍。於一切處,身心快樂。

13338)若有人於嶮難怖畏之處,能憶念此呪,皆得離於恐怖。9)若復有人鬪諍,為縣官口舌,以白綖結呪索,呪之一百八遍,繫其右臂上。10)若有人眼痛者,以桔皮結呪索,繫其耳上。11)若他方有賊,欲來侵境者。用酥酪、蜜、胡麻等分和之,在佛像前,用銅鉹卷一鉹呪之一遍,擲著火中,至一千八遍。是諸怨賊無問遠近,自然退散。12)若復有人欲求長命者,當用酪蜜炒粳米為華,三種等分和之。在於佛前,以銅鉹卷之一鉹呪之一遍,擲著火中,至一千八遍。然後乃止。

13349)若有惡人、惡賊、縣官、帝主,先意慰喻。一切眾生無不同意。10)若有恐怖、鬪諍、縣官所對者,取白色縷,誦呪一百八遍。結呪索帶行者,於諸事中皆悉得勝。11)若欲長壽者,取酪蜜稻穀華和之,以匙抄呪一遍擲火中,乃至一千八遍即便如意。

1. 19 “Once the dhāraṇī has been spoken to any hostile beings or kings, you will have power over all of them. You will master all fears. Wearing a white protection cord incanted with the mantra will guard against all manner of quarrelsome men and women, as well as any argument or dispute. An incanted protection cord made with fiber from a date tree can be used against diseases of the eye and hung on one’s ear. To paralyze an army, perform a fire offering one hundred and eight times with incanted popped rice that has been soaked in yogurt and honey while reciting the following mantra each time: rājanāṃ 31 rājāmātraṃ vā vaśī karotu 32 kāmena | 33

114713)若為自身及諸眾生。消除蘊惡、災難、罪障、不吉祥相,白乳樹柴呪胡麻子。火中護摩,滿八千遍。一切災難即得消除。14)若復有人,自為成就一切明呪,當取百華曩羅那必哩焰牛頭栴檀世禮多枳恭句摩母娑怛迦印捺囉嚩嚕拏珊瑚惹底此藥一處,盛賢瓶中。菩提樹枝、蘇摩那葉,插賢瓶口,安世尊前。白月十五日,一日、一夜,於世尊前,誦陀羅尼。滿八百遍,悉地成就。

133313)又復有人,欲為自身及為他人,一切怖畏、一切諸罪,欲得除滅者,欲求一切富貴、財寶者,欲除身中障難,令得清淨者。14)若復有人欲誦持此呪,一切怖畏、障難,悉自除滅,所作成就。15)又復依一切呪法者,亦得成就。16)若有一切怨家,不得其便。若有人欲作法,當須合藥塗身。須茴香、須稻米、須那羅陀尸利沙、須沈水香尸利耶欝金香、須香附子、須因陀婆路、須菩提樹木。如是等藥等分和之。晨朝起淨洗浴,以藥塗身。

133412)若欲除自他諸障,念一切錢財、珍寶等,離一切惡,成就一切功巧。13)受持一切呪,14)降諸怨敵者,取懷香、草香、末香、尸利沙華多伽羅香、石上華恭居摩香、香附子、帝釋手草香。樹枝出白汁者,取等分作末。和之呪一千八遍。塗身上,即得如意。

1. 20 “To purify all your own and all beings’ obscurations and misdeeds and to obtain great prosperity and wealth, recite the dhāraṇī while offering sesame seeds one thousand times into a fire altar 34 that has been kindled with date palm branches. 35 To purify all your misdeeds, master all vidyāmantras, or to ritually cleanse yourself you should wash with dill, spikenard, 36 foxtail millet, sirisa, valerian, saffron, nut grass, bitter gourd, bodhi tree, and mango flowers. 37 Next, fast for an entire day in front of a buddha image, and then place these ingredients in a fresh vase. On the full moon, bathe in front of an image of the Buddha while reciting the heart mantra one thousand and eight times.

133317)若復有人欲見國王、大臣,須在於像前然桔木。為火用五指撮胡麻。呪之一遍擲著火中。如此一千八遍乃止。18)若有善男子、善女人,欲得一切怨家自然和解。當淨洗浴著淨衣。中夜時,在於佛前,以香華供養。當用粳米炒以為華。取桔木然為火。以三指撮取米華。呪之一遍擲著火中。如此一千八遍然後乃止。19)若有善男子、善女人,夜見惡夢,怨家伺求其便,一切所作不得諧偶者。於十四日朝,全不得食。至於日暮,以香湯洗浴其身,著新淨衣。在於佛前,誦呪。隨其力分,不限多少。唯盡力至之乃止,不得出其道場。仍於像前眠睡,到十五日晨朝,即起淨洗釜著滿中淨水作湯。其湯中須取有名草木。種種隨分著於湯中。漉其草出。然後著丁香、紫檀、白檀,磨作末,隨分投著湯中。須銅瓫受五斗者二口,取香水滿瓫盛之。著於像前,呪之一千八遍竟。即用此湯洗浴其身,然後乃食。20)若復有人被毒藥者,須紫橿木寸截之如筋大,作一千八段,以牛糞塗之。在於像前然火,取木一段,呪之一遍。擲著火中,一千八遍,然後乃止。稱病人名,我為彼人除其藥毒,即得除愈。此呪功能說不可盡。若心中所欲作事者,依此呪法,無不成就。

133415)若欲見縣官、大臣等,取樹枝出白汁者然火。呪胡麻一撮呪一遍,擲著火中燒之,乃至一千八遍即得如意。16)若欲治毒藥者,於佛像前,用泥塗地。取紫剛木枝,長二寸,截一百八枚,內酥蜜中。一一稱彼人名字,擲著火中。呪之即得如意。17)若欲除一切惡鬼者,取燒死屍殘火頭一百八枚,各呪一遍,擲火中燒之,即便除愈。如是等一切處中,用悉皆得,唯除損害眾生身命。

1. 21 “To neutralize poison [F.67.a] sit before an image of the Buddha and use a ladle made of teak to offer cow dung 38 onto a ritual fire while reciting the victim’s name one hundred and eight times. The poison will then be neutralized. This mantra protects one from seizers 39 and works for any rite associated with the spirits and the like. It will pacify them.”

1147:是時,羯矩忖那如來說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:汝今諦聽!我此心印大陀羅尼,殑伽沙等諸佛世尊同共宣說。若有受持、供養、聽聞、隨喜此陀羅尼者,1)當知是人獲得聞持,2)遠離疾病,3)飲食無患,4)繫縛解脫。5)後時、後分,若有比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,香華、塗香,供養三寶,沐浴世尊,發心念誦此陀羅尼,滿八百遍,得宿命通。七生天上,作諸天子。下生人間,為轉輪王。若不依法,隨緣念誦,常生人中。人中命終,生安樂剎。

1333:爾時,拘樓孫佛說此呪已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:此呪是恒河沙同名拘樓孫佛已說。我今說之。我亦讚歎此呪不可思議無量功德。汝今至心受持,1)若未來世有人受持此呪者,於三寶中,至心敬信者,香湯洗浴,著新淨衣。以香華供養佛像,在於像前,胡跪、合掌,誦呪一百八遍。於七百身中,自知宿命。若欲生天中,諸天之王。若生人中,則為轉輪聖王。若能日日受持,其人命終,則往生無量壽國,不生人中。

1334:爾時,拘婁孫佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子!是陀羅尼乃至恒河沙等同名拘婁孫佛,并及三世諸佛所說、讚歎、隨喜。1)若人受持是神呪者,於未來世末劫之中,建立三寶,能生正信。2)若比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷。於晨朝時,淨潔洗浴,著新淨衣。辦具種種妙好香華,供養於佛,誦念是呪一百八遍。彼人則能知於七世宿命之事。若生天上為天中尊。若在人間得作人主。若能如法盡命受持,捨壽之時,生安樂國。

1. 23 “Ākāśagarbha, this has been taught by tathāgata, arhat, perfect complete buddhas bearing the name Krakucchanda in numbers equal to the grains of sand in the Ganges river, and now you must maintain this joyous root mantra.

1. 24 “If this is received, born in mind, and mastered, then in the future, when monks, nuns, and laypeople gain faith in the Three Jewels, perform the bathing rite, and make offerings of flowers, incense, and perfume to the Buddha while reciting 42 this sacred mantra one hundred and eight times, they will be able to recall their past lives for seven lifetimes. They will become the greatest among gods or wheel-turning kings among humans. If they perform this rite correctly, this will be their final human birth. After they die, they will be born in Sukhāvatī.

11476)若得種種飲食,加持七遍,一切疾病悉皆遠離。7)若為息除一切鬼魅、八千障難,當先澡浴,念誦此明,滿一七遍。8)若患惡瘡,呪瘡七遍。9)若患癰腫,加持銅針。念呪下針,即得除愈。10)一切鬪諍,念誦此明。滿一七遍,即得除散。11)一切繫縛,念誦此明。滿一七遍,便得解脫。12)財寶增長,念陀羅尼恒無間斷,13)尾曩野迦一切障難,誦陀羅尼。滿一七遍,即得遠離。

13332)若人晝夜讀誦此呪者,所有一切橫病不著其身。3)若欲食時,先當呪之七遍。然後乃食,身中一切疾病自然除愈。4)若有人被一切惡鬼所打,或為惡鬼所著者,作好香湯,以此呪呪之一千八遍。然後用此湯與病人洗浴,仍以此呪呪此病人一千八遍。其病即得除愈。5)若復有人身生惡瘡者,以鑌鐵刀呪此病人。又取銅鍼呪之,然後鍼此瘡上,即得除愈。6)若復有人被一切牢獄繫縛,用此呪呪其手七遍,以自摩面,一切官事自然解脫。7)若人恒受持此呪者,一切財物自然充足,無所乏少。8)一切障難即得消滅。

13343)若能如是常誦持者,於現身中,離於一切種種病苦。4)得陀羅尼,聞持不忘。5)若欲飲食,未入口時。先呪七遍,然後食之。如是則離一切毒病。6)若欲為他除災患者,呪於淨水一千八遍。用澡浴身,然後行之。7)若呪惡瘡,用赤銅刀子。如是等諸事誦呪七遍,即便如意。8)若能常誦持者,錢財自然。9)破一切毒、一切障礙,惡鬼、魔邪,皆悉遠離。

1. 25 “If they constantly recite the mantra, they will be free from all manner of illnesses in this lifetime and understand what they study. If they recite the mantra seven times over their food and drink and then consume it, they will be cured of any illness. Or, if they wish to quench their thirst, they should wash their food while reciting the mantra one thousand and eight times. [F.67.b]

1. 26 “A copper needle incanted with the mantra can be used to remove a tumor. If recited seven times, the mantra will free you from all manner of quarrels, disputes, and bondage. Your wealth will also continually increase, and you will be free from all manner of obstructing beings and corrupting beings.

13339)若人欲求見佛者,淨持房舍,香泥塗地。安置佛像,懸繒幡蓋。香華供養,香湯浴身,著淨衣服。燒沈水香,在於像前,胡跪面正向東,其像面向西。誦呪一千八遍。誦訖,即於像前,頭向東眠。於其夢中,即得見佛。心裏所有憶念,爾時即見。或念其命長短,爾時即得自知。或念其身有病無病,爾時亦見。或有怨家鬪諍勝負,皆知如是等。心所念者,爾時皆知。感是夢已,身中一切障難、疾病,悉自消除,無復遺餘。

133410)若欲得見於佛身者,至清淨處,若在道場或在塔前。牛糞泥地,燒沈水香。誦於此呪一千八遍。頭東向臥,夢見諸佛。隨心所願,無不稱遂。彼佛如來即便開示:是汝命長,是汝命短,或有缺少。如是等事悉皆示現。

1. 27 “Or, if you wish to have a vision of the Tathāgata, draw a maṇḍala on a clean spot in the vicinity of a stūpa, 43 fumigate it with aloeswood, recite the mantra one thousand and eight times, and then lie on a cushion in front of the maṇḍala’s eastern side. When you fall asleep you will have a vision of the Tathāgata. He will teach you whatever you ask 44 and can tell you anything you wish such as your lifespan, your strength, and whether you will be defeated or victorious in battle.”

1333:爾時,拘那含牟尼佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:1)若善男子、善女人,受持此呪,抄寫、流通者,則遠一切怨家,不得其便。2)火不能燒,3)水不能溺。4)不為雷、電、霹靂所近。5)若有人以毒藥與持是呪人,是人食之,如飡羹饍。自然銷化,無諸毒氣。6)不為一切橫死等畏。7)一切所食入腹,自然銷化,得色、得力、壽命延長。8)恒常富貴,財寶自然。9)一切諸佛憶念、擁護。10)若人過去有三障重業,能日誦此呪三遍,即得除滅。

1334:爾時,拘那含牟尼佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子!是陀羅尼,若有善男子、善女人,常能讀誦、受持之者,1)是人永得離於怖畏及諸怨敵。2)水不能漂,3)火不能燒。4)一切毒藥,若誤食者,變成甘美,資身益壽。5)無有橫病、橫死等難。6)壽命延長,7)增加官位。8)常為一切諸佛護念。9)若有先業諸障起時,日三誦之,悉得除愈。

1. 29 The tathāgata Kanakamuni addressed the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, saying, “Ākāśagarbha, whoever upholds this heart mantra and continuously recites it will not fear any weapon, nor will they die from fire, drowning, or lightning. They will be able to consume poisons as easily as food. They will not suffer an unnatural death or die due to a weak constitution. They will have a long life and be extremely prosperous. They will always be in the company of the Tathāgata and be blessed by him. If they recite the mantra at the three times of the day, [F.68.a] they will purify all their karmic obscurations from previous lifetimes.

11473)又復疥癩、癥癖、惡腫,用菖蒱作末,蜜和為丸。火中護摩,滿八千遍。

133311)若復有人自病、他病,若欲治者,淨治房舍,香泥塗地。懸繒幡蓋,安置高座,施設佛像。其人香湯浴身,燒沈水,薰陸等香。種種素食,持以獻佛,隨力取辦。病人在於像前,稱病人名,而呪之,即得除愈。12)一切鬼神、魍魎著人,以此呪呪香水浴身,即自消除。13)若復有人身生團風、白癬及以癩病。取菖蒲根擣以為末一升,以白蜜和之。在於像前,呪之一千八遍。晨朝未食,日取方寸匕服之,即得除愈。及餘一切宿癖,亦得除愈。

133410)若欲治他疾病苦者,隨所有力,辦於食飲。及雜香華,若沈水香、若熏陸香。作淨好湯,呪千八遍。洗浴於身,爾乃行呪。是諸病苦及惡邪鬼,所附著者,皆得除愈。11)若治癩病、身體腫、癖風、冷病等。取菖蒲末,以白蜜和。佛前誦呪一千八遍。空腹服之,即便除愈。

1. 30 “If you want to cure another person’s illness, perform a cast offering according to your means, fumigate the room with incense or aloeswood, and wash all the food. For leprosy, tumors, and a swollen liver, pick some fresh sweet flag, mix it with honey, incant it with the mantra one thousand and eight times before an image of the Blessed Buddha, and rub the mixture on the affected area. The leprosy will fully heal.

11474)又復瘧病一日、二日、三日、四日,加持惹底蘇摩那華,身上帶持。5)若復耳聾,耳邊誦呪。6)若復風癎羯吒鬼病,加持佛華,身上帶持。如是諸病願皆消除。7)富貴長壽。8)恒見如來。9)一切時中,諸佛護念。

133314)若有人患寒熱病者,或四日一發,或三日一發,或二日一發,或一日一發。取雜華為冠,在於像前,呪一千八遍。貫病人頭上,即得除愈。15)若復有人為惡鬼所打,口噤不言,在於病人耳邊,小聲呪之,一百八遍即得除愈。16)若復有人為顛鬼所打,或富單鬼、迦吒富單那鬼、毘舍闍鬼、鳩槃茶鬼、一切諸惡鬼等,取獻佛身上花,呪之一千八遍。燒之熏於病人鼻。其烟入鼻,即得除愈。17)若心中所念者,悉得成就。此呪如是功能說不可盡。

133412)若有四日、三、二、一日諸瘧病者,亦於佛前,用牛糞泥塗道場地。取蘇摩那華,以用作鬘。著於頭上,即便遠離。13)若被厭魅,乃至悶絕,不覺知者。於其耳邊,為誦此呪一百八遍,即便除愈。14)若有羊癲及諸狂病,或為迦吒富單那、毘舍遮鬼等之所著者,於佛像前,以牛糞泥塗地。如上燒好妙香。取所供養佛前萎華,呪一千八遍,火中燒之。熏其鼻孔,即得除愈。如是等一切病中隨其事用。

1. 31 “For a fever that returns every four days, recite the mantra one thousand and eight times over a garland of jasmine flowers before an image of the Blessed Buddha. Tie it around the patient’s head, and they will recover from the four-day fever. “If you recite the mantra in the ear of someone who has been struck with a weapon, they will be cured of their amnesia.

1. 32 “For those who have been possessed by a kaṭapūtana, fumigate the patient with flowers that have been offered to the Buddha. That and all other such rituals may be performed with this heart mantra, thus it is acceptable for any rite.”

1147:爾時,迦葉波如來、應、正等覺說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有受持、讀誦、供養此陀羅尼者,1)當知是人一切業障悉皆消除。2)一切時中,諸佛攝受。3)遠離惡法。4)安住善法。

1333:爾時,迦葉佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:我此呪是恒河沙諸佛所說。我今已說。汝今受持、讀誦,晝夜憶念,勿令忘失。1)未來世中,若有善男子、善女人受持此呪者,一日中三時誦之,隨力多少。其人昏夜警中,得見諸佛。2)若得此警,一切重罪自然消滅。3)若有作五逆罪,不信大乘者。如是重罪、不可救拔所有事業。誦此呪已,悉得成就。

1334爾時迦葉佛說是呪已告虛空藏菩薩言善男子是陀羅尼。三十三恒河沙等諸佛所說。汝當受持讀誦修行。1)虛空藏若有善男子善女人晝夜三時誦是呪者即得現前夢見諸佛。2)離諸業障唯除宿世決定報耳。3)於一切事隨意所欲。

1. 34 The tathāgata Kāśyapa addressed the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, saying, “Ākāśagarbha, blessed buddhas equal in number to the grains of sand in thirty-two Ganges rivers have taught this heart mantra in the past. Now, Ākāśagarbha, you must preserve this heart mantra. You must master it.

1. 35 “If someone who has received, recited, and mastered it recites it three times per day and three times per night, then, in brief, they will have a vision of the Tathāgata in their dreams and purify all their karmic obscurations [F.68.b] except for any karma from their past lives. This mantra can be used for any rite.

11475)若復有人患白癩病,加持佛華,滿八千遍。6)若常熱病,加持佛華,滿八千遍。7)若病初得,加持佛華,滿八千遍,身上帶持。一切時中願皆除滅。8)若復女人懷孕難生,加持佛華,油煎塗用。9)若皮風瘡加持佛華,酥煎塗上。10)若復癰腫及諸痔瘻。加持佛華,好蜜一處,用塗瘡上。11)若復瘧病一日、二日、三日、四日。12)食香、食華、一切鬼病。13)或復癲癎,加持佛華身上帶持。如是等病明力加持,一切時中,願皆除滅。

13334)一切團風、白癬、癩病等。取佛上華,在於像前,呪之一千八遍。擣以為末,冷水和之。塗其病處,即得除愈。及和冷水飲之亦良。5)若復有人得頭痛病者,取佛上華,在於像前。呪之一千八遍,擣以為未和冷水。分為三分塗於頭上。乾竟更著,如是三遍,即得除愈。6)若婦人生產難者,取佛上華擣為末,和牛酥煎之。煎竟置於像前,呪之一千八遍。塗其產門,兒即易生,身即平復。7)若天多雨不晴,取佛上華。在於佛前,呪之一千八遍。出於空地,燒之即得止斷。8)若復有人為惡鬼所打,口噤不言。9)或為毘舍闍鬼所打。10)或有癖病或患濕病,取佛上華擣為未。和酒、若葡萄酒及以米酒。銀椀盛之。在於像前,呪之一千八遍。與病人服之即得除差。11)一切所有事業,皆在於像前,呪之一千八遍悉得成就。若欲為一切事,讀誦此呪,莫生疑心。

13344)若有癩病及白癩等,於佛像前,牛糞泥地,燒好妙香。取供養佛所有萎華,呪一千八遍。擣末水和,佛前服之,即得除愈。5)若有長病及諸疫疾,治法亦然。6)若病頭痛,亦用華末塗其額上。7)女人難產,用此華末。和油煎之塗其女根。有如是等隨其事用,無不蒙益。8)若疥濕瘡亦用萎華,細末酥和,火上煎之。呪千八遍塗上即愈。9)若欲止雨,亦取萎華。呪千八遍,露地燒之。令其作煙,即時便晴。10)若大風起,雷電、震雹亦得除止。11)若著瘧病一日、二日、乃至四日。亦取萎華,呪千八遍。細擣作末,酒和服之,即時除愈。12)著羊癲者,呪華如前。若燒、若服皆得除愈。13)若被[*]魅或毘舍遮、諸鬼神等之所捉持。14)或風冷病、月食病等,和水服之。諸如是等一切疾病。悉於佛前,牛糞泥地。呪於萎華一千八遍。或燒或服,皆悉除愈,各受安樂勿生疑惑。應決定信,隨心用之。

After the patient has recited the mantra and bathed, they will recover. 1147:爾時,世尊釋迦牟尼如來說是明已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:虛空藏!若有受持、讀誦、供養陀羅尼者,1)當知彼人身無疾病。2)刀杖不傷。3)水不漂溺。4)不受苦惱。5)亦不中夭。虛空藏!汝今當知此陀羅尼有大威力。6)能除疾病。7)能除諸毒。8)能除不祥及諸怖畏。9)若彼部多、彼部多眾不能侵害。10)若布怛曩、布怛曩眾不能侵害。如是等眾各起慈心。一切時中令彼安隱。

1333:爾時,釋迦牟尼佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有善男子、善女人,受持、讀誦,晝夜憶念此呪者,1)其人不為一切刀杖等畏。2)不為一切惡病所著。3)不受一切橫死。4)如前六佛所說功能。我此呪者亦復如是,無有異也。

1334:爾時,釋迦如來說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:虛空藏!若善男子、善女人,受持、讀誦是陀羅尼者,1)一切刀杖所不能加。2)一切水火亦不能害。3)一切惡病所不能惱。4)終不橫死。5)如前六佛所說神呪等無有異。

1. 38 The Tathāgata Śākyamuni addressed the bodhisattva great being Ākāśagarbha, saying, “Ākāśagarbha, to treat a headache, you should recite the mantra using your forefinger and the palm of your hand. You can disperse clouds using an incanted wand made of oleander wood. You can use incanted water to overcome poisoning. You can also perform any other rituals using the mantra, and you can include a bathing rite. It can be used for any rite in any context.”

1147:是時,虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩說是明已,復作是言:1)若欲成就出世間殊勝功德,應當受持此陀羅尼。2)世間所有刀杖、繫縛、疾病、若患黑雲障礙、尾囉蔓毒不能侵害。3)若復迦驅那切那儞阿底沒里瑟吒囉病。明力護持,願皆除滅。

1333:其呪所有功能者,我今說之。1)若人為惡鬼所打,須結呪索,呪之一千八遍。用蘇曼木,用酥芥子三種等分和之。在病人前,用三指撮取。呪之一遍,擲著火中。如此一千八遍乃止。其病即得除愈。2)若復有人恐怖,欲結界者,當取刀呪之一千八遍,當戶安之。3)若人在空中結界,畏諸惡鬼求便者。當取水呪之七遍,用灑四方。4)若自身中,有恐怖者,結呪索用自防身。5)若有人被毒藥者,取古縷草。用呪病人,即得除愈。6)若有風病者,呪香油一千八遍。塗其所病,即得除愈。7)若有人患耳痛者,取青木香,用油煎之。持灌其耳,即得除差。8)若人患腹痛者,取烏鹽呪之一百八遍。與病人服之,即得除愈。9)若有人患齒痛者,取蘇曼水呪一百八遍。打碎用持刷齒,即得除痛。10)若有小兒晝夜驚啼怖畏者,取白綖用結呪索。呪之一百八遍。繫小兒項下,即得除怖。11)若有人頭痛者,取鑌鐵刀或用手呪之一百八遍。摩於頭上,即得除差。12)若有人被他厭[*]呪詛者,取鑌鐵刀七日七夜。用呪病人,即得除愈。13)若有雷電霹靂起時,用手折取石榴枝,不得除刺葉。手捉向於嗚處。呪之一百八遍即得除却。14)一切所欲造於事業者,讀誦此呪,悉用香華先供養。然後誦呪,無不成就。

1334:爾時,虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩說是呪已,白佛言:世尊!如是神呪,無量神力不可思議。1)若有善男子、善女人,惡鬼所持,以諸縷綖作於呪索。一百八遍,帶行坐者。是諸惡鬼即便捨離。2)復更取蘇摩那華,好淨牛酥、白芥子等。和置一處,誦呪一遍一擲火中。如是乃至一百八遍。一百八擲即得除愈。3)若有惡人欲來害已,取鑌鐵刀子呪一百八遍,斫彼惡人所行道徑便不能害。或復呪水,散於四方。結四方界,止住其中。一切諸惡則不能加。4)欲護自身,令無損者。以五色縷索作於繩。呪百八遍坐起帶行。5)若欲除毒,手把藥草,以呪呪之。若為除病,應當呪油。一百八遍塗之即愈。6)若患耳者,取青木香。細擣作末油內煎之。著於耳中。7)若患腹者,呪於薑水,一百八遍服之即愈。8)若患牙齒蟲風齲者,取蘇摩那木枝呪一百八遍,以口嚼之。并揩牙齒,即便除愈。9)小兒患者,當結白縷。以為呪索令其帶行。10)若患頭者,或用刀子。或用於手,呪百八遍即得除愈。11)若被[*]魅,當呪刀子以用解之。12)若斷惡風、雹雨,呪石榴枝以用擬之。13)斷惡毒藥,呪水用之。諸如是等一切事中,隨意所用。於一切處在佛像前,泥地散華,燒香,如法受持。

1147:爾時,世尊說是法已。虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩等一切大眾,聞佛所說。一心受持,歡喜奉行。

毘婆尸佛

爾時,毘婆尸佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子、若清信士及清信女,有能受持、讀誦於是陀羅尼者,1)一切刀杖不能加損,2)一切水火所不能害,3)非人、惡鬼不能侵惱。4)終不橫死。5)若中毒藥,變成美食,易消無病。6)若欲食時,先取一匙,七遍呪之。然後乃食,能除一切呪詛厭魅。7)一切諸病皆得除愈。8)壽命延長。9)耳所聞事,憶持不忘。10)於睡眠中,夢見諸佛。11)若復有人被厭魅者,於其耳邊,誦呪七遍。是人聞已,即便除愈。12)若復有人著於癲病及白癲者。應以蘇摩那華熏胡麻為油。取青木香、青蓮華、懷香草、東門東,皆悉等分,令使作末,和油煎之。呪一百八遍,塗其身上,即便除愈。13)一切諸病皆能破之。

尸棄佛

爾時,尸棄佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:我此神呪百千那由他無數億諸佛所說,我今說之,為一切眾生故,1)除一切病故,2)除一切諸惡鬼障難故,3)除一切惡夢故,4)除一切橫病死故。5)又告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有善男子、善女人,若晝誦此呪三遍,夜誦三遍。或復心念,一切蠱毒、厭禱、呪詛、惡口、赤舌、眾耶魍魎皆不得近。6)昏夜警中,恒見諸佛。7)所有食噉之物,即自消化,而充氣力。8)其人若命終已,昏夜所見佛者皆來迎其精神,恒相隨逐。9)若復有人依此呪法,作功能者,於一切病須結呪索。10)若有人困病時,取蘇曼木,取油煎之,摩其身體,皆得除愈。11)若有眾生晝夜恐怖,取淨水呪之,灑著四方。作呪索,繫其身上,一切魍魎不得其便。12)若有小兒被惡鬼所打,用碧綖作呪索,繫著頸下,即得除愈。13)若復有人被惡鬼所打,於耳邊呪作七遍,亦得除愈。14)隨心所欲造者,無不得成。

毘舍浮佛

namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | oṃ kala kala | kili kili | kulu kulu | kulotsādanaṃ kuru | sarva grahāṇāṃ svāhā |

爾時,毘舍浮佛說是呪已,告虛空藏菩薩言:善男子!是陀羅尼,賢劫之中所有諸佛,及三世諸佛皆悉說之。我今亦說。虛空藏!汝應護持。若有善男子、善女人,受持、讀誦是陀羅尼。1)一切刀杖所不能害。2)一切惡毒亦不能傷。3)諸瘧熱病皆得遠離。4)水不能漂。5)火不能燒。6)終不橫死。7)一切惡病亦不能侵。唯除宿業定報(唯宿殃不除耳)


若有比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,晨起澡浴,并洗頭面。在於佛前,誦此呪一百八遍,一切諸惡不加其身,一切疾病自然除愈,壽命延長,一切財寶自然富足。一切身中障難、不善之事,皆各銷除。一切怨家自然和解。一切厭禱皆不著身。澡浴誦呪因緣得如此福。


8)若有人於嶮難怖畏之處,能憶念此呪,皆得離於恐怖。9)若復有人鬪諍,為縣官口舌,以白綖結呪索,呪之一百八遍,繫其右臂上。10)若有人眼痛者,以桔皮結呪索,繫其耳上。11)若他方有賊,欲來侵境者。用酥酪、蜜、胡麻等分和之,在佛像前,用銅鉹卷一鉹呪之一遍,擲著火中,至一千八遍。是諸怨賊無問遠近,自然退散。12)若復有人欲求長命者,當用酪蜜炒粳米為華,三種等分和之。在於佛前,以銅鉹卷之一鉹呪之一遍,擲著火中,至一千八遍。然後乃止。


又復有人,欲為自身及為他人,一切怖畏、一切諸罪,欲得除滅者,欲求一切富貴、財寶者,欲除身中障難,令得清淨者。14)若復有人欲誦持此呪,一切怖畏、障難,悉自除滅,所作成就。15)又復依一切呪法者,亦得成就。16)若有一切怨家,不得其便。若有人欲作法,當須合藥塗身。須茴香、須稻米、須那羅陀尸利沙、須沈水香尸利耶欝金香、須香附子、須因陀婆路、須菩提樹木。如是等藥等分和之。晨朝起淨洗浴,以藥塗身。


17)若復有人欲見國王、大臣,須在於像前然桔木。為火用五指撮胡麻。呪之一遍擲著火中。如此一千八遍乃止。18)若有善男子、善女人,欲得一切怨家自然和解。當淨洗浴著淨衣。中夜時,在於佛前,以香華供養。當用粳米炒以為華。取桔木然為火。以三指撮取米華。呪之一遍擲著火中。如此一千八遍然後乃止。19)若有善男子、善女人,夜見惡夢,怨家伺求其便,一切所作不得諧偶者。於十四日朝,全不得食。至於日暮,以香湯洗浴其身,著新淨衣。在於佛前,誦呪。隨其力分,不限多少。唯盡力至之乃止,不得出其道場。仍於像前眠睡,到十五日晨朝,即起淨洗釜著滿中淨水作湯。其湯中須取有名草木。種種隨分著於湯中。漉其草出。然後著丁香、紫檀、白檀,磨作末,隨分投著湯中。須銅瓫受五斗者二口,取香水滿瓫盛之。著於像前,呪之一千八遍竟。即用此湯洗浴其身,然後乃食。20)若復有人被毒藥者,須紫橿木寸截之如筋大,作一千八段,以牛糞塗之。在於像前然火,取木一段,呪之一遍。擲著火中,一千八遍,然後乃止。稱病人名,我為彼人除其藥毒,即得除愈。此呪功能說不可盡。若心中所欲作事者,依此呪法,無不成就。


拘樓孫佛

namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | namaḥ krakucchandāya | tathāgatāya | arhate samyak saṃbuddhāya | oṃ kaṭa kaṭa | kaṭha kaṭha | kiṭi kiṭi | kiṭhi kiṭhi | kiṭāpaya namaḥ svāhā

爾時,拘樓孫佛說此呪已,告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:此呪是恒河沙同名拘樓孫佛已說。我今說之。我亦讚歎此呪不可思議無量功德。汝今至心受持,1)若未來世有人受持此呪者,於三寶中,至心敬信者,香湯洗浴,著新淨衣。以香華供養佛像,在於像前,胡跪、合掌,誦呪一百八遍。於七百身中,自知宿命。若欲生天中,諸天之王。若生人中,則為轉輪聖王。若能日日受持,其人命終,則往生無量壽國,不生人中。


2)若人晝夜讀誦此呪者,所有一切橫病不著其身。3)若欲食時,先當呪之七遍。然後乃食,身中一切疾病自然除愈。4)若有人被一切惡鬼所打,或為惡鬼所著者,作好香湯,以此呪呪之一千八遍。然後用此湯與病人洗浴,仍以此呪呪此病人一千八遍。其病即得除愈。5)若復有人身生惡瘡者,以鑌鐵刀呪此病人。又取銅鍼呪之,然後鍼此瘡上,即得除愈。6)若復有人被一切牢獄繫縛,用此呪呪其手七遍,以自摩面,一切官事自然解脫。7)若人恒受持此呪者,一切財物自然充足,無所乏少。8)一切障難即得消滅。

9)若人欲求見佛者,淨持房舍,香泥塗地。安置佛像,懸繒幡蓋。香華供養,香湯浴身,著淨衣服。燒沈水香,在於像前,胡跪面正向東,其像面向西。誦呪一千八遍。誦訖,即於像前,頭向東眠。於其夢中,即得見佛。心裏所有憶念,爾時即見。或念其命長短,爾時即得自知。或念其身有病無病,爾時亦見。或有怨家鬪諍勝負,皆知如是等。心所念者,爾時皆知。感是夢已,身中一切障難、疾病,悉自消除,無復遺餘。


拘那含牟尼佛

namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | namaḥ kanaka munaye | tathāgatāya | arhate samyak sambuddhāya | tadyathā | oṃ sara sara sara sara | siri siri siri siri | sirāya | dhama dhama dhama dhama | dhuma dhuma dhuma dhuma | dhumāya | namo namaḥ | kanakamunaye | tathāgatāya arhate samyak-sambuddhāya svāhā |

爾時,拘那含牟尼佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:1)若善男子、善女人,受持此呪,抄寫、流通者,則遠一切怨家,不得其便。2)火不能燒,3)水不能溺。4)不為雷、電、霹靂所近。5)若有人以毒藥與持是呪人,是人食之,如飡羹饍。自然銷化,無諸毒氣。6)不為一切橫死等畏。7)一切所食入腹,自然銷化,得色、得力、壽命延長。8)恒常富貴,財寶自然。9)一切諸佛憶念、擁護。10)若人過去有三障重業,能日誦此呪三遍,即得除滅。

11)若復有人自病、他病,若欲治者,淨治房舍,香泥塗地。懸繒幡蓋,安置高座,施設佛像。其人香湯浴身,燒沈水,薰陸等香。種種素食,持以獻佛,隨力取辦。病人在於像前,稱病人名,而呪之,即得除愈。12)一切鬼神、魍魎著人,以此呪呪香水浴身,即自消除。13)若復有人身生團風、白癬及以癩病。取菖蒲根擣以為末一升,以白蜜和之。在於像前,呪之一千八遍。晨朝未食,日取方寸匕服之,即得除愈。及餘一切宿癖,亦得除愈。

14)若有人患寒熱病者,或四日一發,或三日一發,或二日一發,或一日一發。取雜華為冠,在於像前,呪一千八遍。貫病人頭上,即得除愈。15)若復有人為惡鬼所打,口噤不言,在於病人耳邊,小聲呪之,一百八遍即得除愈。16)若復有人為顛鬼所打,或富單鬼、迦吒富單那鬼、毘舍闍鬼、鳩槃茶鬼、一切諸惡鬼等,取獻佛身上花,呪之一千八遍。燒之熏於病人鼻。其烟入鼻,即得除愈。17)若心中所念者,悉得成就。此呪如是功能說不可盡。

迦葉佛

namo buddhāya | namo dharmāya | namaḥ saṅghāya | oṃ hara hara hara hara | ha ha ha | namaḥ kāśyaspāya | tathāgatāya | arhate samyaksambuddhāya | sidhyantu mantrapada svāhā

爾時,迦葉佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:我此呪是恒河沙諸佛所說。我今已說。汝今受持、讀誦,晝夜憶念,勿令忘失。1)未來世中,若有善男子、善女人受持此呪者,一日中三時誦之,隨力多少。其人昏夜警中,得見諸佛。2)若得此警,一切重罪自然消滅。3)若有作五逆罪,不信大乘者。如是重罪、不可救拔所有事業。誦此呪已,悉得成就。4)一切團風、白癬、癩病等。取佛上華,在於像前,呪之一千八遍。擣以為末,冷水和之。塗其病處,即得除愈。及和冷水飲之亦良。5)若復有人得頭痛病者,取佛上華,在於像前。呪之一千八遍,擣以為未和冷水。分為三分塗於頭上。乾竟更著,如是三遍,即得除愈。6)若婦人生產難者,取佛上華擣為末,和牛酥煎之。煎竟置於像前,呪之一千八遍。塗其產門,兒即易生,身即平復。7)若天多雨不晴,取佛上華。在於佛前,呪之一千八遍。出於空地,燒之即得止斷。8)若復有人為惡鬼所打,口噤不言。9)或為毘舍闍鬼所打。10)或有癖病或患濕病,取佛上華擣為未。和酒、若葡萄酒及以米酒。銀椀盛之。在於像前,呪之一千八遍。與病人服之即得除差。11)一切所有事業,皆在於像前,呪之一千八遍悉得成就。若欲為一切事,讀誦此呪,莫生疑心。

釋迦牟尼佛

爾時,釋迦牟尼佛告虛空藏菩薩摩訶薩言:若有善男子、善女人,受持、讀誦,晝夜憶念此呪者,1)其人不為一切刀杖等畏。2)不為一切惡病所著。3)不受一切橫死。4)如前六佛所說功能。我此呪者亦復如是,無有異也。
